When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, sometimes during busy periods or due to the nature of our production process, it might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
When will I receive my order?

I received the wrong item!
Oops! We're so sorry about that. Please contact us at info@solacegarage.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item's swing tag. We'll get this sorted out for you right away.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is submitted, it moves quickly into our fulfillment process, which makes it difficult to cancel. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@solacegarage.com and we'll do our best to assist you. While we can't guarantee a cancellation, we'll explore all available options.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Do you do preorders?
We believe in transparency. If it's on our site, it's ready to ship! Any exceptions, such as preorders, will be clearly stated.
How can I find out more about your product materials and sizing?
Product materials and sizing information can be found on the product pages.
Is there a way to be notified when a particular item is back in stock?
All our inventory are shown in real-time. So unfortunately if a size or item is displayed as out of stock, it is no longer available. Please sign up to get updates and notifications on products.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We offer refunds for faulty or damaged products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all refunds will be issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you dislike the product.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Items that have been opened, worn, or washed are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
While we gladly accept returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was faulty or damaged. In those cases, we'll cover the shipping
Lost or Stolen Packages?
Solace Garage is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address specified on the order. In these instances, Solace Garage will provide the customer with all necessary delivery information, including the date of delivery, tracking number, and shipping carrier details, to aid in their investigation.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
